I’m always skeptical of trying a new place because my hair is a lot to work with. Mia was a hair expert who did an amazing job and was the absolute sweetest!! Love the results. 10/10 can’t wait to be back for the next blowout 🙂

had an amazing time during opening week at Dry Bar Boulder. I had Cori, a stylist from the Cherry Creek location, but the environment was so much fun. Is there anything better than a glass of wine and a shampoo? I don’t think so. My hair turned out wonderfully & I wasn’t pressured for product. Thinking about a membership. Will come again.

It’s frustrating when you are traveling somewhere for an event and you get someone who has only been on the job for 3 months. Hair was frizzy because not dried thoroughly. When I felt my hair and stated that it felt wet and cold, the stylist stated it was because of the climate in that area.

Critical:Professionalism,PunctualityETA: I spoke with the manager today and she was very understanding and empathetic. She is going to coach her staff and we will be trying one more time with this location.drybar customer service never responded to my email about my experience.I just had a very bad experience at a dry bar. I waited about 10 minutes to be checked in despite coming on time to my appointment. Then I was told I didn’t book correctly for what I wanted. My 6 year old daughter and I just wanted to get matching braids and the stylist was very rude and told me that they didn’t have time to do braids nor did I book braids in the system so they wouldn’t do braids. We also had to wait 10 minutes while the two stylist were chatting with another customer so maybe there would have been time if that didn’t happen. I did not see anyway to book braids with a dry style (my daughter and I didn’t want a blow dry or any other style, just braids) and I just checked again and there is no way to book braids with a dry style. The stylist was not patient and proceeded to curl my daughter’s and my hair even though that’s not what we wanted. This was very disappointing and we won’t ever be back. Another blow dry bar near us (blo dry bar) was incredibly patient and wonderful with my daughter so we will only be able give our business to them. I loved the salon but this was super disappointing as I did try to make sure I booked correctly but it was completely impossible due to the options online and then to have a stylist be unkind was surprising.ETA: I spoke with the manager today and she was very understanding and empathetic. Love this Drybar. The gals are always friendly and I’ve seen many of the stylists here. They’ve all done a great blowout for me and I walk out looking fabulous.

Positive:Cleanliness,Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,ValueI had my hair done for my engagement photo shoot because I am hopeless at doing my own hair. Mia was phenomenal, she listened to my concerns (my shoot was 7 hours after my appointment because we had to drive pretty far to get there). I have very thin hair and typically when curled it falls out within an hour or so. This is not an exaggeration, my hair stayed the same for THREE DAYS. they were all so friendly here and I will definitely be back!Service:HairstylingI had my hair done for my engagement photo shoot because I am hopeless at doing my own hair. I instantly was welcome upon entrance into the salon. I did not have to wonder where I was supposed to go . The ladies addressed me, received me with a positive and friendly manner. Believe me, I’ve experienced aloofness or disconnect at many hair salons.

Loved it! I came in early for a 7am appointment and was offered coffee, tea, or orange juice. Shayla did a great job with my hair, which is thick and unruly, and the appointment took less than an hour. They have a lookbook (also on their website) so you can easily tell them which style you want. USB ports at each seat are a nice touch so you can charge your phone. They also had a TV playing movies (I watched the end of How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days and the beginning of Father of the Bride). I’ll definitely be back!
